Property values for both homes and condos continue to rise!

According to the Barrie Board of Realtors here are the latest numbers:

Within the City of Barrie, detached residential properties posted an average selling price for the month of November 2017 of $513,112, an increase of 8% over November 2016. The number of residential units sold in November 2017 dropped 28% compared to November 2016. 

Residential townhouse, link, and semi-detached homes in the City of Barrie posted an average selling price of $395,948 in November 2017, a 4% increase over November 2016. There was a 36% decrease in the number of units in November 2017 from the same time in 2016.  

Condominium sales average for the City of Barrie for the month of November 2017 was $353,375, a 43% increase compared to November 2016.The number of units sold was down 3% from the same time last year.
